Birth Doula

What's a Doula?
A doula is a professional birth worker who provides emotional, informational, and physical support during the prenatal, birth, and postpartum periods. They help support you in the type of birth you desire and foster an environment that supports physiological birth. We are not medical professionals.

Who Benefits From A Doula?

While we cannot control the birth outcome, we can absolutely influence it for the better! I support all births from unmedicated, low intervention to cesarean birth; home birth, unassisted, or hospital, I'm here for you! Furthermore, my support will allow your partner to enjoy your birth more fully.

Everyone deserves the empowering birth they want. You deserve to be supported, fully informed and held during this sacred time. I recognize not everyone has the same privileges and I strive to provide equitable care, regardless of one's race, gender, and beliefs.
